probably I'm mistaken, but aren't X and Z rotation matrices there written transposed? (edit: or Y - id depends what standard you accepted). I checked and I'm prety sure that Y was written trasnposed, I changed it... if anyone thinks I'm wrong go ahead and change that back, but also before that check "rotation matrix" topic at mathworld (wolfram.com)
