InstallShield's DevStudio 9 is very buggy

I have used (and still unfortunately use) InstallShield's DevStudio 9 at work. It is perhaps the most bug ridden commercial tool I have ever used. If you visit their forum, you should get a good idea about the number of bugs. To add insult to injury, it appears InstallShield just released a new program, InstallShield X, instead of fixing the numerous bugs. They released one service pack, I give them that, but otherwise I would caution anyone to not use this product. I hear their previous products worked better, so perhaps use them instead of the newer ones.

Hey Reindeer horns, thanks for the warning. If you do feel really strongly about the poor quality of DevStudio9, then I don't see any reason why you shouldn't mention it on the article page. I don't think it would be good to say that all of InstallShield's software sucks, but warning people about DevStudio9 in particular would certainly be helpful to the readers.
