The wiki is now hosted by GameDev.NET at wiki.gamedev.net. All gpwiki.org content has been moved to the new server. However, the GPWiki forums are still active! Come say hello. The ".g" file format is the BRL-CAD geometry file format. It's a compact solid model binary file format, published under an unrestricted public domain open specfication. Applications typically link against BRL-CAD's geometry modeling kernel librt ray-trace library to read and write ".g" geometry files. |
